Terms of Sale

Nurielos

1. Subject of Contract

These Terms of Sale govern all purchase contracts concluded between Nurielos and customers via our online shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. Any deviating terms from the customer shall not become part of the contract unless we explicitly agree in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations on our website constitute a non-binding invitation to submit an offer. By submitting your order at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase goods. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any legitimate reason, such as product unavailability or obvious pricing errors.

3. Product Prices & Payment

All prices shown on the website include statutory German VAT. Shipping costs are added separately and shown on the checkout page. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend delivery and charge any related administrative fees.

4. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

Delivery is carried out to the shipping address provided by the customer. The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of goods passes to the customer upon handover of goods to the logistics carrier. If the customer refuses to accept delivery without valid reason, the risk passes at the time of attempted delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons, starting from the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email. After cancellation, you shall return the goods at your own cost. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned merchandise. Custom-made or sealed goods that are not resalable are excluded from the withdrawal right.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply to all goods. If goods have material defects upon delivery, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Defects must be reported to us promptly. Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external forces is not covered by warranty.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Nurielos until full payment of the purchase price has been received. Before full settlement, you may not sell, pledge or transfer the goods.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, texts and images on our store are the intellectual property of Nurielos. Customers may not copy, reproduce or use these materials for commercial purposes without written authorization.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The contract shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For commercial customers, the place of jurisdiction is our registered address. For consumers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

10. Severability

If any clause of these Terms of Sale is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a provision closest to the original economic purpose.
